| I think he is laughing at me. It took me 3 weeks to find my first monitor lizard. Then only because a man walking by, pointed out they like to sleep next to the sidewalk. Once they were clear to me, I saw several at least, every day, plus huge fruit bats, egrets, and other beautiful birds. The reptiles are up to 2m long, and swallow prey whole. They ignore the people, the people ignore them. After they have eaten, they rest in the sun with enormous bellies. |

Hello Gloria,
This is an amazing tree, as judged by the size of the trunk hundreds of years old!
And of course I can see the little fellow, in spite he tries to play a part of the root system...
