Hi Jitti

Such is life. The butterfly thought it was going to get a tasty meal from the flowers, but then it became a tasty meal for some hidden arachnid. Eat or be eaten – the law of nature.

You managed to capture the strands from the spider's web very clearly. Good natural colours and the BG is well isolated. Maybe the DOF was a little shallow as the tips of the wings appears somewhat softish. But otherwise good work.

Well focused at the head where it must be Jitti, you've shown natures way as it must be.
We all identify with life, but seldom acknowledge death.

A good documentary, even if most like to see a dying (or dead) butterfly...

I have never met such scenes. It is really rare and dramatic. However, you have captured it very well. Lights, colours (especially colouration of the BG) are excellent.

A fine capture of one of the facts of life!
The spider that has captured this satyrid butterfly does not appear to have sucked up its juices yet as the body seems quite fresh. Nice sharpness, BG and composition.
