I have already posted this photo in treklens, but decided to share it here as well. It's my favorite photo thus far, and I believe it's my best effort at macros. Hope you all enjoy it.
I cropped, sharpened slightly, resized, framed and then cleaned up the noise with Neat Image. |

Gorgous shot! The colours are fabulous, especially the well contrasting gold and purple. Good timing too, catching the bees as well! Very nice work!

Great colours and a well chosen point of view. As a nice bonus the bees are included with this lovely flower. Along some of the edges around the bee there seems to be some oversharpening though.

This is a very nice colors composition. The textures look so smooth so... flowerish.
The workers add a bonus to the picture.
