You captured the atmosphere of a storm coming nicely in this picture.
The color composition is interesting, too. The sharpness could be improved, though.

Thank you for that picture of a stormy sky.

The composition is good, with two lines (the mountains and the beach) converging: this give a feeling of stress, which is appropriated with your subject. The point of view is correct. You have properly captured the stormy sky. The sharpness from your photography is not very good. I propose you an amelioration in the workshop. If you don't agree it, you can remove it. The depth of field is quite good. The colors are very realistic and we see very well the storm on the sea.
