I have no ID for both of these animals. I found them early in the morning. May be the spider is sucking its prey.

Hi Jitti,

A wonderful shot of these insects whatever they might be. There is such depth to this photo. Details are wonderful of these bugs and also of the leaves. Beautiful colors.

Jane

Hi, Jitti.
Excellent catch from nature! And with good sharpness and exposure.

Hi Jitti,

The picture is spendid! Beautiful point of view (POV) and sharpness. This moment is also unique and you saw it!

I would really like to see more pictures of this scenario. Do you have more? It would also be beautifull tilted to the right for 90-degrees, don't you think so?

Ps. Photographers note: Lowering your F/number will give you a higher possible shuttertime and a little more depth of focus (DOF). The sharpness of the picture is perfect BTW.

With my compliments, Arjuna.

Hello Jitti,
the thumbnail does not promise what you can see after enlargement. This is a superb macro with great depth of field and clarity of structures resulting in a real 3-dimensional impression. The colours in the lower parts of the picture appear a little bit soft.
I think that the spider belongs to the family
Salticidae. It looks similar to Portia labiata. But I'm not sure about the species identity although your clear picture should allow a determination.
Best wishes, Peter

Hi Jitti

Another terrific macro capture from you and a great catch from the spider, too! ;))
The details here are excellent and the natural colors look ok.
Very good POV and DOF, as well!

Bravo and TFS

Excellent timing Jitti! This is a really cool shot of a cool kill. The DOF is really nice, 7.1 aperature really pulled it off. :)

Hi Jitti,
Excellent sharpness and details both in spider and prey. A great composition and background complete this very good action shot.
TFS, José M.

The spider looks strong-limbed and it has its death hold on its victim -- a winged insect of some kind, JC.
Splendid capture from a very good point of view. Both the hunter and the victim are well presented in this composition.
TFS.

Hello Jitti,
Fine capture of a spider dealing with its prey that looks like some species of flying ant.
Though there appears to have been some kind of partial obstruction causing misting of theant's body, the rest is razor sharp with good colour. The BG and compo. are superb.
TFS and best wishes, Ivan

Hi Jitti,
Excellent timing to get the hunter with his prey. The colors and detail look superb here. Very well done my friend!
