To think that the thin wire mesh is the only thing between me and this magnificent creature...

The stripes are so clear - this is a much cropped scanned picture from over 10 years ago. Auto-focus caught the right depth to home in on.

Nice scan and yes the stripes are very clear. Seeing pictures of these large cats sometimes doesn't do the cat justice. I can feel your excitement in your comments about the fence bing the only thing between you and this beautiful animal. Not everyone gets to experience such closeness to such a great animal. Nice capture and Im even happier for you and your experience.
