[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
I have this picture in file for a while unable to identify the species. Today while looking at Felipe Mateo and Cristina (extramundi)'s picture I saw the same mushroom (hope that my judgement is correct). This prompt me to upload this picture. May be not a good one with busy background but like to share the same mushroom from other corner of the world.

Kindgdom: Fungi
Phylum: Basidiomycota (spore droppers)
Class: Basidiomycetes (true mushrooms)
Order: Agaricales (gilled mushrooms and toadstools)
Family: Agaricaceae (mushrooms, dapperlings and parasols)
Genus: Leucocoprinus (a genus of dapperlings)
Species: Leucocoprinus brebissonii (Godey) Locq.
Common English Name: Skullcap Dapperling

The following details was copied from extramundi's note:

Leucocoprinus brebissonii

* Cap: 2-4 Cm. diameter. White or cream colour. Surface full of darker fibers which do not reach the sharp edge of the cap. Central darker disk well delimited brown or black coloured.
* Gills: Free and and quite crowded. White, later cream. Complete edge.
* Stem: Cylinder shaped, 3-7 x 0.2-0.35 Cm., with bigger diamter at the base. It has a white small ring often missing.
* Flesh: Almost absent, white, weak spermatic smell, and slightly sweet flavour.
* Spores: White. 8-12 x 5-7 micras, Hialine, ovoid, slim silhouette.
* Habitat: Humus rich lands in diferent subtrates, even in greenhouses and parks. Grows in little clusters, rarely alone.
* Edible but with no culinary interest.
* Keys: Easy to ident. due to small size and delicate look, white colour, dark center, scattered darker fibers and striated edge.

Hello JC,
Very good details in this fine composition!
Interesting subject, well captured in a light that makes the subject really stand out...
Beautiful textures in the mushroom!
Greetings,
Pablo -

Hello Jitti !
This is a very beautiful fungi, I like the brown markings on its hat. The BG is good, because it is quite dark and it allows the fungi to stand out very nicely. Excellent details and textures, beautiful composition. Very well done !
valerie.

Hi Jitti,
An excellent shot. The detail and textures shown in the cap of the mushroom look superb. A real beauty. It shows vry well against the dark gren grass.

Hi JC!
Never thought mushrooms could be an interesting subject until I saw some very attractive ones including the one you have posted today. It has got a lovely umbrella top or a hat or whatever you call it.
I find nothing wrong with a busy BG [in fact, mine are rarely without one :-) ].
Great, well balanced shot that shows this fungus in the best light, literally.
Regards.

Hello Jitti,
Too busy, I was a bit inactive on TN, so I am happy to discover your new superb photo. Nice to see your little mushroom because my fungi season is finished... The Exposure, POV, colors and sharpness are good. Useful note too.
Congratulations my friend and TFS.
