You have quite the different mix of birds there goldy. I looked this one up in a book which Fartash sent me of sub Asian birds.....a fine capture of a bird I would love to see right up close. A nice shade for the pigeon and a first time see for me...Very nicely done!

Hi Goldy, this is certainly better looking than the grey pigeons I'm used to. You had a difficult shot, through the branches and with a light backlit sky, but you were able to focus well on the bird. The bird is sharp with great colour, good exposure, it turned out very well.

This is a fine capture, Goldy!
A species that I could only photograph at a distance and you have taken this yellow-footed green pigeon closely, sharply, from a fine POV, in a fine pose and well composed in a natural environment.
