Hi all,
I am continuing to look at my repository for pictures that I liked. This was taken in Aoril 2008 at a place close to Bangalore. We were chasing some Blue tailed Green Bee Eaters. They were giving us a hard time.
As we were driving around, we saw this Lapwing lace. I liked its saturated red colored wattle. Hence this post.
Trust you like this.
Regards,
Murali Santhanam |

Hi Murali. This is the second one i have seen to night Arjun posted one. You too have captured a fine close up of this beautiful looking bird. Your use of the light has given naturaul colours. good detail in the feathers.,well done TFS.
Nick..
Have a nice weekend.
Excellent exposure on this wonderful bird. The colors stand out, especially the red around his eye - and the white isn't hot, nicely done, there. Beautiful use of natural light and composition.
Hi Murali,
Excellent job with this.
The color, details, exposure, DOF, comp, and POV are all very well done :)
Have a great weekend,
Howard

Hello Murali uncle, Superb picture and my father always run behind this bird. I also saw their eggs. Moreover they somehow keep shouting and fighting. Vignesh
Beautiful, Murali.
I do like the low POV and the tone curve (whites and blacks are technically well done).
