I remember this bird well from Trinidad. I like it here in a diagonal pose on the green branch. Excellent focus, great sharpness and lovely colours. Beautiful light too!

rubbing the sleep out of my eyes - so I will comment to bookmark and do it tomorrow. In any case, the very weak bill precludes it being a Great Kiskadee. Probably something from Myiozetetes - will check which range tomorrow.

A beautiful picture of a beautiful bird - one I have not seen before. The colors are wonderful. Excellent details of the face, wings and plummage. A beautiful composition in a superb setting.

Your DOF is perfect here, showing the leaves in the FG but the BG is well blured. Perfect sharpness, and a nice catchlight in his eye. Well done.
