Great eyes it has. The POV also interesting.
The note really adds to all of it. Especially the defense system, for I taught before reading it that this is a poisonous frog, and it looks that is not.

Paul what a cute frog. And very interesting notes too. I love his colours and wish you hadn't cut off the rear legs and body. What an amazing creature, and you show him off so well. I do like this very much, especially those eyes!!
You wanted to know about the Frame: I think it is too big for the little frog, but I think a small border is good as it gives an edge to each photo.

This is truely A National Geographic magazine cover shot IMO. I absolutely love this photo. The exposure is perfect! Brilliant colors, and very sharp detail. Pose is superb. In my book this is worth 100 points. A great pohotgraph!

A SUPER photo! A border can help in certain circumstances but not needed here. Sometimes if I put a border I put the name/signature on the border rather than on the picture as it sometimes is distracting as it seems to be in your picture.. It is a fantastic photograph. Thanks!

This is just awesome. The calarity is amazing which tells me that you used very adequate equipment to capture this shot (Macro equipment). I like the colours in this shot and the way the eyes serves as the strong point of this composition.
