What a superb capture!
This little tree frog looks absolutely fantastic!
I like the fact that you chose such a shallow DOF for this one! The focus on the eyes is impecable and the colors are splendid.
Also great POV, sharpness and flash-work.

The POV is all in this shot, that frog seems that is about to jump from the pic to the viewer.

Great perspective on this cute frog, I have a similiar shot but with rhacophorus reinwartii, once again nice control of the flash. :)
