Very nice frozen action Serge. The focus is a little soft but it is ok here. I like the way the water is spread around and the composion with the whale breaking the horizon-line is very good. Though I think you could improve the picture by cropping out about half of the sky.

Belle prise de cette baleine à bosse, ici au Saguenay à l'embouchure du fleuve St-Laurent à Tadoussac plus précisémment. le tourisme est aussi présent en grand nombre pour les excursion à la baleine. Les baleines à bosse sont très rare, mais parcontre on y trouve plusieur espéces, donc le rorqual Commun, Bleu, Petit, et des Bélugas en grand nombre.

Nice action picture Serge!
To be honest, technically it is far from perfect. I can't see no plane of sharp focus in the picture, but I can understand considering you use a point and shoot AF camera. Although exposure is quite good.
The good point in your favor is that you caught the peak of the action and for this kind of shot, it's very important.
I would say, you are better with a slightly OOF at the peak of action picture than with a perfect focus disapered whale underwater picture. ;o)
