You captured this male Ocellated Turkey in all its splendour with excellent sharpness and colours from a fine low lateral POV. A great bonus in an area that is full of history and culture.

Hallo Chris
Unbelievable that one bird can be jam packed with such a lot of colour and detail. I am sure all that feathers weighs a ton and a half. Wow, but it indeed a beautiful spread of colours. It is almost as if one is looking at an artist's palette filled with a rainbow of colours. The detail on this birds head is stunning, and it looks like it is wearing a crown of some sort. An impressive image filled with great details that are well focused, super sharp and well seen. Thanks for sharing. Best regards.

Hi Chris!

This must be amazing place for over of nature and ancient civilisations. I read many books about this area and I hope I'll see it some day. Turkey looks slightly weird for me - it's just too colorfull :-) Looks like living piece of modern tribal art :-)
