Big Grey Bird

My post for today was going to be a Tapir but I forgot to add it to my thumb drive so I guess I have to post this Grey Bird. I do not know what kind of bird this is - it was about 2 feet tall. I would like to see if someone could help identify it.

Its a Great Blue Heron, lovely bird, one of my favorites. You have good detail, but have got off the legs, a better way to post this might be a tighter crop and go for a lose profile shot. You have more detail that can be had so the crop should not be an issue.
