[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
The Great Kiskadee (Pitangus sulphuratus), is a large tyrant flycatcher of around 23cm (9in) in length. It is found from southern Texas and Mexico through Central America south to central Argentina, and also on Trinidad in the Caribbean. They live in open areas, especially near human habitations and farms. They primarily eat insects but will also eat fruits and can easily be attracted to feeding tables with bananas.
We found them to be quite common in most of the places we visited in both Belize and Costa Rica.

Beautiful colours on this bird's plumage, Chris.
I have a feeling with your camera settings, there is some over-exposure on the white parts.
Nevertheless, it is a great capture of this exotic bird from Costa Rica.
