A different POV, maybe one where the camera is near ground, eye level with reptile, could make a better result.

hello fatos,
i agree with alikox about the pov.
this is not a snake but a legless lizard, "Anguis fragilis" and it is a beautiful female one. Its comon name is "slow warm".
