I like this. Very good DOF and a bright sunny dose of color seen in this beautiful wildflower. I like the composition, POV, and the shadow cast adds well. Sharp & detailed, a great valentine..dear ;)

Esta es una de las imágenes que uno mismo idealiza con poder captar todos los días Peter... la belleza de la composición a partir del punto de vista que brinda tan buen foco y agudeza sobre ambas flores y la iluminación ideal que no sólo aporta una coloración maravillosa, sino también la sombra tan estética.
Las texturas de los pétalos son realmente fantásticas, realzadas por el despegue de los especímenes creando un verdadero efecto 3D.

This is one of the images that oneself idealizes with being able to capture every day Peter... the beauty of the composition starting from the point of view that offers so good focus and sharpness on both flowers and the ideal illumination that it doesn't only contribute a wonderful coloration, but also the so aesthetic shade.
The textures of the petals are really fantastic, enhanced by the takeoff of the specimens creating a true effect 3D.
The workshop collaborates with the identification and observation of this species.

Hello Peter,
Super macro of a flower that is surprisingly difficult to photograph well and reproduce the right colours. This is a great job, sharp, well lit and well composed.
We call it Blåsippa and is a real sign of spring and who knows, with global warming in Sweden it may even flower on Valentine Day!

How I love Minolta (including its colours) and how I like your operation with it. Amazing combination of blue and green colour tones; sunlight and charming shadows on the flower petals and on the leaves. Great sharpness and details of the flowers also as well as the reproduction of the petal texture and pollen. BG is very nice too and supplements the main subject nicely. Hallo Peter
Me and my purple again. I now even created a theme "My purple obsession". This Hepatica nobilis is actually such a simple flower, but on the other hand very pretty. I like the way the shadows are reflected on the green leaf. The detail of the flower’s anthers is very clear and well in focus. There is even a trace of pollen visible. A lovely photo and a pleasure to look at. Thanks for sharing.
