Hi Lenka

I must say it is a pity you don’t tell us what duck it is or gave us just a little more notes about your photo and the location where you took the photo. Anyway, you are still a relative new member and I am sure these things will still develop in good time.

This is a lovely duck and I like how you portrayed it on this typical wintery waterside with the dead grass. Great colours on the bird and excellent details you show us. Maybe it would have been nice to see a little more of its face, but that is an optional and not a requirement to improve this shot.

A nice shot on this duck. A spot on exposure has brought out some beautiful colors and tones. The detail is very sharp. Nice one!

Nice colours and details on this duck, Lenka.
I agree with Loot; some details about the subject by way of a note are always useful for people who look at your pictures and may not know much about what you have portrayed.

hi Lenka,
if you ever decide to take a bird pic, so think about the angle of your shot...
if you took it from above it will never be so interesting... coz we do it in our daily life... I always look to a duck with this angle...

but if you were laying on the ground to take this duck's pic it could be much more interesting...

may be next try... :)
