Guten Tag Peter,
diesen 'Hübschen' hatte ich kürzlich auch eingestellt. Das Objekt deiner Fotobegierde hast du optisch in den Mittelpunkt gestellt - da führt kein Blick daran vorbei. Guter Fokus auf das durch den Blickwinkel flächenmäßig dominante linke Flügelpaar. Superschärfe! Farbwiedergabe, Licht und Hintergrund sind perfekt: Ein Produkt aus dem Hause Stoeckl!

I like the low point of view from which you have taken this picture. The sky in the background creates a certain kind of depth in the image.

hallo Peter,
Wie dieses Bild doch leuchtet, wie hast Du das nur gemacht. Wunderschöne Komposition, die Kombination blau-grün, so schön! Neben diesem schillernden Falter sieht ja mein Weibchen richtig nonnenhaft aus! Herrlich auch das Workshopfoto, da müsste man eigentlich Doppelpunkte geben.

Hello my dear friend

I know we haven't "spoken" in quite a long time but i have to tell you that whenever i had the chance (time and internet connection) i took a look at what were you posting.
Unfortunately time for TN was in very little quantities this summer for me...but this will soon change :)

This is a splendid macro shot from you!
The details on this "hair-ball' :)) are fantastic and the contrast between his blue and the green of the grass makes such a pleasant photo to look at.
Very good POV and DOF as well, with a exact exposure to match it all.

The right dof to produce a solf and realistic background, excelente pov, pose and composition, make of this a magnificent and optimistic photo.

I have marked next your masterpiece as my favorite with great pleasure. I am really amazed with features of this picture. Reproduction of all tiny details of the beautiful little butterfly is terrific and strikes my imagination. Pleasantness of the colour palette (blue sky is wonderful and harmonize with yellow-green grass color tones perfectly) and smoothness of the BG are simply great. Fantastic photo. I love the green and blue OOF peaceful buckground. Sharpness and DOF is perfect. Nice POV and good compo (but I think that you could crop it a little bit more from the bottom)

Guten Tag Peter!
It is really nice to see your new presentation. Especially so interesting like this one. The first picture is really sharp, detailed, very colourful and well composed, but today bravo especially for the great documentary image from the... worshop! I have seen some aggregation of butterflies in my life but there were usually only 2-3 species (if not the only one but in higher number of individuals).
Bravo and TFS this interesting presentation!

Hello Peter,

Das is wunderschoen! So zahrt und fein hat Gott diese Lebenswesen geschoepft! Je naeher man der Natur ist, desto naeher ist man an Gott! Du hast diese Zaertlichkeit sehr gut aufgenommen.

Zusammensetzung:

Eine sehr gute Komposition mein Freund! Der Waldblaeuling wurde in den besten Platz gestellt. Das schiefe Grassblatt leitet meinen Blick auf den Schmetterling und der grosse freie Raum vor dem Subjekt ist sehr noetig. Der unscharfe Hintergrund eignet sich gut fuer dieses Motiv.

Farben:

Die leuchtende, lebenshafte und natuerlich aussehende Farben deines Fotos machen eine beruhigende und aestaetisch wohltuende Kombination. Es ist ein Genuss die blaue Farben im Vor- sowie auch im Hintergrund zu finden.

Kontrast:

Der Kontrast wurde sehr gut eingestellt.

Beleuchtung:

Das Licht wurde sehr gut kontrolliert ohne die Einzelheiten ueber- oder unterzubeleuchten. Die Nachmittagssonne war mild genug um schoene Schatten zu zeichnen.

Scharfeinstellung:

Das Objektiv wurde genau auf den Waldblaeuling scharfgestellt. Die Details wurden scharf wiedergegeben und die Schaerfentiefe gut kontroliert.

Eine ausgezeichnete Darstellung eines Schmetterlings der mir so sehr wie der maennliche Polyommatus icarus aussieht! Herzlichen Dank!

Hello Peter,
Though this male semiargus has already shaken off some of his scales, you have captures him with excellent detail and from a fine POV that shows the shine of the lighter blue near his body. Excellent composition on the grass blades.
