Hi
Today it was said on TV that spring is coming so it is time to say goodbye to winter. So I decided to post this image.

It is the picture I've taken last year in Austria. You can see the small valley close to the village St. Paul. The inhabitants put hay for deers on the bottom of it. So deers were coming everyday to eat there. It was easy to meet them in the morning as well as in the afternoon (you can see one of them in my earlier post). They were rather affraid of people so if they realised that they are observed they run to the forest but after some time come to eat again.

I took this picture in the afternoon so everything was blue. I've tried to reduce that by changing levels but that's the effect. I've sharpened the picture as well.

Hi Ania,

beautiful this image, wonderful atmosphere and
nice colors. This blue afternoon is nostalgical. I did not see snow this winter in S-E of Romania and I miss it.
TFS, Dan

Beautiful atmosphere as Dan has said.
I have only seen snow five times in real life, and never anything like this. I suppose its common for you, but for me it seems like a differnt world. TFS

Hi Ania!

You have realized a great picture with a wonderful atmosphere that reflects winter very well. I like the unity of the color tones, and as I also like to take pictures in difficult light conditions in winter I know that the blue cast is reality. The deers crossing crossing the deep snow lying on the bottom of the valley are just wonderful and give the image a larger sense.

Well seen, well done!

Kind regards
Markus

Hi Ania,

Oh, this is a good shot. it really conveys the depth and cold of winter, ubt....still beautiful life is there. Your photograph tells a story and envokes strong emotions. Winter is like that here in Alberta for about 5 months, so..your image speaks to me. Thanks

Hello Ania

I have no idea how i've missed this magnificent shot, but i'm sure glad i saw it now :)
This is really a bliss! I love the mood, i love the feeling, i love the elements and the tones...it's all as it should be!
Very good timing here, too! Not only catching that nice herd of deer, but also having the surroundings filled with loads and loads of snow. I especially like the look of the fir trees with such a big weight hanging of their branches :)
Superb shot really!

Bravo and TFS
Horia
