wiki..
Ducks are sometimes confused with several types of unrelated water birds with similar forms, such as loons or divers, grebes, gallinules, and coots.

Many species of duck are temporarily flightless while moulting; they seek out protected habitat with good food supplies during this period. This moult typically precedes migration.

Hi Annick,
Wonderful moment freezed with sharp details on the duck's plumage and spot-on focus on its head. I like the OOF green natural habitat as BG and the motion blur on its wings. Excellent POV to portray this fabulous scene and very nicely composed. Kudos.
TFS.

Hi Annick,
A very strange but beautiful pose. It almost feels as if it is trying to stop a taxi for a ride. The details on the head and body are awesome. The color of the OOF BG really brings out the colors of the duck.
TFS,
Niek
