You give me lessons...Here it seems to have a mismatch in beauty..one not being as pretty as the other, BUT the fern is so wonderful and full of design that it gives stature to the insect. You have composed it perfectly!

This picture is an artwork, Oana. The curved fern gives movement to the picture, my eyes followed it up to the butterfly. The light is dim and gives tenderness to the whole picture. Congratulation, it is beautiful,

A fine and well composed picture of Panorpa communis. Very beautiful the curved fern on which the scorpionfly is perched. I have see a lot of them the last days.
May be the sharpness could be a tiny better.

What a wonderful composition Oana. So delicate and yet of contrasting patterns between the insect and the fern. It is one of those photographs that beg... "look at me again". Just beautiful. TFS.
