Hi Catherine. This is one of my favorite butterflies . Its because of its colour and large eyes., Which you have taken with fine detail and rich colours. You have used the light well on the body. I like the green frame. well done TFS.

Hello Catherine,

A fine capture of this butterfly, showing lovely details of colour and texture. The light has created interesting shadowes across the wings.
I like how you have presented it, acrobatically balanced on the slender leaf.

Perhaps a closer crop would remove a little of the negative space.
