this are not an Dandelion.
This are Tragopogon pratensis and in the Netheland we call it Gele morgnster.
In English - Showy Goat's-beard or Jack-go-to-bed-at-noon

Search with these names on internet.

The picture a good of sharpness but a little to busy.
