[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
The Dark mullein (Verbascum nigrum) is one of my favourite flowers for its bright colours and beautiful purple anthems.
It is a stately biennial plant found growing in the wild on road verges and hedge banks, especially on recently disturbed ground, dark mullein is semi-evergreen and clump-forming, with dark green, oblong leaves. Its tall, branched flower stems are covered in golden yellow flowers, with purple centres, from June onwards, offering nectar and pollen to bees.
After flowering, the flower spikes should be left on the plant until the following spring, allowing the seeds to ripen and set to ensure plants for following years. The seeds will also provide food for numerous seed-eating creatures and the flower stems will provide hibernation sites for over-wintering insects and other invertebrates. (Natural England)

La molène noire (Verbascum nigrum) est une de mes plantes préférées pour ses couleurs vives et ses étamines violets.
C’est une plante herbacée haute (jusqu'à 1,2 m),de la famille des Scrophulariacées, à fleurs en épi, jaunes avec les filets des étamines violets et densément velus. Les feuilles sont pétiolées, vert sombre, légèrement velues. La tige est anguleuse. (Wikipedia)

J'aime beaucoup cette image tendre et douce. Elle me plaît surtout à cause de l'unité dans les couleurs, l'arrière-plan se marie très bien avec le sujet principal. Tu as très bien mis en valeur cette magnifique fleur.
