Amazing colours and a good depth of field gives a great background. Although some don't go in for a central composition, I think it works well here.

Fantastic shot. Moment and composition is great. I like great colors. The land of grey and pink :-) Great OOF buckground and good sharpness. Maybe the frame is a little bit too big but it is a very individual thing

een mooie opname met mooi licht en kleuren en pose,de tekortkomingen heb je zelf al aangegeven,ga je eigenlijk alleen kruger doen of ga je ook nog naar de kusstreek,ieder geval goede reis toegewenst

Glad that you decided to post it in TN. This is the first time i am seeing this species of Ibis.It 's very colourful.And the light coming through the wings gives it almost a transparent look. Good pose of the bird.(was it acting according to your instructions?:) I liked the POv, sharpness, light, colours and the background. Now for something newer...
This is some impressive pose you got here! It's like the beautiful scarlet ibis is showing off :)
Brilliant colors and also a gorgeous contrast between the bird and the darker BG.
The sharpness on the head is perfect...but it gets a bit softer towards the tips of its wings. However, you can't have them all: perfect pose from the subject and perfect preset camera :)
Anyway, i'm just nit picking here...
All-in-all: you've had some impressive and magnificent postings this summer and i'm very much loking forward for some equaly outstanding shots from you from your South Africa trip.

If the rest leaves me space I can say something from this wonderful picture among so many wonderful pictures I have seen in your pages. Why this? because it is a bird, for its orange colour, for the moment, envy and why not? :). A wonderful bokeh in the background. My comment is dispensable, and points are more than deserved.
