Ik zie dat er waarschijnlijk even een pauze in de krugerpark serie is,wel toevallig daar ik net mijn moeder (viv) aan de lijn had welke vandaag wederom is teruggekeerd na een veblijf van 4 weken aan dit park,de pimpelmees staat er fraai op,mooie diagonale compositie met fraaie achtergrond,bedankt

Very nicely captured Annick!
I am somewhat surprised that those little gymnasts live only for such a 'short' period of time! The things we learn I guess....
Anyhow, you've got a very nice shot of this little bird. I know they don't sit too long in one spot to allow for good picture opportunities. Great work.

The combination of the lighting and pose makes this for me a truly superb Blue Tit Portrait...The sharpness is to be expected from your equipment but this no way takes anything from your undoubted skill as a photographer.

Het blijft een mooi vogeltje, de pimpelmees.Persoonlijk zou ik de crop iets anders maken met minder ruimte boven en onder. Ik vind de belichting erg subtiel!

A good image from your homeland. As always it is a very good picture having great color, detail and depth of field that highlights your main subject exceptionally well. I really like your style for nature imagery.

As is almost always true of added borders I see everywhere, I would prefer it was not there. Seems a waste of good image space for a great picture. A wide matt for a fine art print is fine, but never seems to work very well for a web graphic.

great to see a change from the African photos! (not that I didn't like them though!)
Very sharp with superb detail and clarity.
Superb composition and POV.
Great DOF, focusing and a nicely blurred BG.
I think there is a slight blue colour cast, but it may just be my monitor! :)
Great lighting and exposure.

Nice shot of this bird, good detail, nice pose and background. Personally I think I'd have warmed up the colour just a little to cut down on the blue cast on the whites.
