Wonderful capture of the male C.virgo in a fine pose at the edge of the leaf. You've caught the metallic colours beautifully and details are very sharp. It stands out very nicely against the fine soft background too. Well done!

it's not only the damselfly that is beautiful. This is true also for your picture.
It is excellently composed concerning general geometry, point of view, light and colours.
Furthermore, your picture is technically perfect. Focus is exact and sharpness is pretty good.
