Cercis chinensis is a moderate growing deciduous tree of medium height (4-6 meters).
It's main attractiveness resides in it's flowers which appear in spring on old wood, even on large trunks as in this example! |

Great post with helpful note, I would have never thought that the flowers belong to the tree, thought that it's some other plant growing on it. I like your angle and the diagonal cut. Well done!
