it looks like gymnadenia conopsea to me, fragrant orchid in english, hope that helps

Picturewise there is a lot of clutter and harsh light i guess

Well they say ones mans trash is anothers treasure:-) So what some might see as clutter might just be the environment which is important, and out of focus as it should be leaving the flora as sharp and well saturated as can be! Fine shot....Let me know when you post once more...I shall look through more of your fine work!

fine picture as overall. Good colors, good saturation and good contrast, sharpness is acceptable. One point, with your authorization: in my opinion, the background is too much precise ; and so, we loose the main purpose of this photography.

That said, it remains a nice picture evidently.
