Indeed a very calm and tranquill atmosphere surrounding this photo! You did great not to go rest like the others :p
The rather high prespective here is wonderful, the colors are tones lovely and the framing excellent!
Good time these holidays....eh...we'll just going to have to wait another year :(

Very well captured morning ambience in this expansive shot of the Adriatic, Greg. The faintly sun-lit mountains gradually fading into the morning mist present a breath-taking view of this lovely locale. I can appreciate your excitement at your first view of it.

Hi Greg,
What a beautiful soft colored riverscape. The soft colors by the setting sun are well captured. I can imagine that this was a special moment for you after such a long busride. The way the sun hits the fa mountian is perfectly captured. My only nit is the tilt to the right. Janice has already addressed and and corrected it in a WS.
