Fireweed (Epilobium angustifolium) is a very exact name, as you can see - there is a "smoke" and there is a "fire". "Smoke" shows that the seeds are ripenning and the summer is almost gone...

This kind grows in my Country, even in my garden. We named this plant as "Çayir Gülü = Meadow rose." But I like its blossom age. :)
