Balkan Mountains
 |
|
| [Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note |
| This is part from the Balkan mountain range that gives the name of the Balkan peninsula in South-East Europe. I took the photo when transversing the Balkan range through the Trojan-Karnare pass following the route of the ancient Roman Via Trajana. The Balkan mountains Range is 560 kilometers long and runs trough Bulgaria and Serbia. As you can see Balkan scenery is mild and height rarely reaches above 2000 meters. |

Hi Anton,
Beautiful these Balkan Mountains. I like the mixing of trees and nacked slopes. It looks quite dry too!Interesting to know that the ancient roman Via Trajana was passing there.
Best regards
Anne
Hi Anton,
it's a wonderful view, I love the blue sky with the clouds. Must be wonderful to make a walk there, thanks

Hi Anton,
Beautiful nature photograph!
Rugged landscape captured with fine lines and good details...
The colours tell me the summer maybe was hot and dry, all topped by a pleasant sky!
Greetings,
