Though the specimen is a little worn out, it is a brilliant capture of it, Krzysztof.
The focus is really very sharp and the colours and patterns on the butterfly's wings are etched out beautifully.

you show this species very naturally - just as it looks in reality. Focus and sharpness are excellent and the selected optimal depth of field in combination with the non-distracting background lets the butterfly stand out clearly.

Hello Krzystof,
You have made a fine capture of a species I would like to photograph myself one day. Technically this shot is first class and though this specimen is a little worn, the markings and the bluish tinge on the wings show up well. Fine composition too.

For me this butterfly is already exotic and I never saw it myself, even if it seems to be quite common in the south. Excellent sharpness showing a little older specimen I suppose.

What a great capture! A beautiful and high quality image! I had two chances to photograph this species in Greece and missed both of them because I was stubborn and tried to set up the tripod first. This is why I enjoy your picture immensely!
The composition is a bit too centered but it works for a presentation. The well blurred background isolates the butterfly from the surroundings and adds depth to your picture. There isn't much to write about colors here but the details are outstanding. The butterfly is sharp and you show us beautiful textures in the wings. Have you seen the under side of the wings? It's even more beautiful! Thank you for sharing this one with us!

Extraordinary of quality shot of true beauty. Amazing butterfly and impressive pose of it. Reproduction of insect colours and texture despite the black tones are superb. Sharpness of the image is really great. I like very pictorial and nice BG too. Great shot. Bravo and TFS.

Piekny motyl. Ostry, szczegolowy, kazda zylka i kazda plama koloru doskonale widoczna. Okazuje sie, ze wcale nie trzeba wielu kolorow, zeby ladnie wygladac, jesli jest sie motylem ;-)
