European Ash (Fraxinus excelsior)

Today is a rainy autumn day. I'm lucky to have this golden shining ash in front of my 3rd floor window which is more optimistic than the gray surrounding. Some twenty years ago the wind has planted a flying seed (samara) - like those that you see on the photo - soaked by the drizzle. Since then it grew more than 10 meters high and is gaining strength with every summer.
