A common raven (Corvus corax) is getting his share of a dead animal, before the vultures come.
All scenes, which I posted in the last few days, took place in South-East Bulgaria, in the Rhodopes Mountains. |

Hi Ivo,
Tremendous the visual impact of this image!
The POV used couldn't be better, you got an excellent approach to take this scene of the feeding chain in nature.
Very good the illumination you got and the exposure settings.
I like so much the way you managed to compose this photo.
Congratulations, thanks for share and my best reagrds,
JM

Hello Ivo,
This is a fine action shot of a Raven eating carrion.
It is sharp, well composed with excellent blurred BG and the lighting makes the Raven's feathers shine.
Well done and TFS!
Regards, Ivan
Fantastic photo ! A lot of visual impact. Captures the essence of the raven as one of Nature's clean up crews.
Excellent POV and composition. DOF perfect as is the focus, sharp and well defined.
