I have visited Croatia for the first time five years ago, and I am in love with this country. Its nature, Adriatic beauty, slavic language, which native and simultaneously more ancient in comparison with my native Russian, a general impression from national character have deeply touched my heart.
Poreč is a city and municipality on the western coast of the Istrian peninsula, in Istria county, Croatia. This cedar (cembra pine) grew near to hotel where I have stopped with my daughter (tourist's center Zelena Laguna - Green Lagoon).
This picture – light of the sun, a shadow and the sea – have drawn my attention. It is a pity - my camera has not given an opportunity more precisely to catch beauty of this place.
