Hello Zoran,
a pretty good presentation of the fly contrasting well against the flower and the background. An important feature are the red-brown eyes - real eye-catchers on the otherwise more or less uniformely and nicely coloured picture.
The fly species you show belongs to the genus
- Sarcophaga
The various Sarcophaga species are difficult to distinguish. This is probably Sarcophaga carnaria.

I like your perfect macro shot. Pictured scene is excellent and created as though for shooting. Colours, details and sharpness are great as well as the lighting and exposure level. I only don't understand why you have used ISO 800. At high ISO the details sometimes are losing. Fortunately, your shot in this respect is perfect. My best wishes.
