Though this is a little soft, it is a nice capture of a European Carpenter Bee, Xylocopa violacae.
The POV and composition are fine and the features are shown clearly in a pleasing composition.

Buna, ai reusit sa faci o fotografie mai interesanta, florile stau pe loc, iar bondarul negru se misca foarte rapid,iese din focus, deci este neclar. Compositia, culorile sunt foarte bune, detalii frumoase in flori! O seara placuta!

A lovely little Carpenter Bee busy at work on the beautiful flowers. I love his pose and the wonderful iridescent wings. This would be a very pretty shot even without the insect. The plant and leaves blend so well with your perfect background.

Hallo Adrian,
Die Holzbienen sind ein schwieriges Sujet für den Fotografen. Es ist mir noch nie gelungen ein wirklich gutes Bild davon zu machen. Dein Bildaufbau ist interessant, die Farben sind fein, bei der Bildschärfe happert es noch ein wenig, allerdings sind die schillernden blauen Flügel sehr schön.
Ich sehe dich hat der Insektenvirus auch gepackt!!
