Helo Karel ,I have an alternative ident for you to think about , Yellow Stagshorn (Calocera viscosa), have a look in google images for this name.
Looking at the speed and F number I think you had a problem with the light, it is the sort of shot that requires a nigher F number say around F5.6 which would mean a very slow speed which needs the camera to be ether resting on the ground or a short tripod for best steadness of image.
hope this is of use your Robert
Hi Karel,
I agree with Robbrown; this is Calocera viscosa (Persoon 1794) Fries 1821 and it belongs to Dacrymycetaceae family (not Ramariaceae).
Moreover Calocera viscosa is exactly the type species of its family, so it is the one that has the typical features of Dacrymycetaceae.
Dacrymycetaceae is a family of basidiomycetous fungi belonging to the order Tremellales; its important features are bifurcate basidium and hyphae lacks septa, so it is very different from Ramariaceae.
Congratulation fot the very good photo.

Looks like a very attractive fungi, however it could be sharper as Rob says. Its not easy to get these subjects right, and the focus is the critical issue. Composition is good though.
