Hello Libor,
When I was in highschool many, many years ago I worked on a soybean and cattle farm. My boss put in a twelve acre crayfish pond and had me run the traps since the snakes did not bother me.
I have seen plenty of these from those days, and still enjoy them when they are boiled and seasoned properly. Yum, yum!
Crawfish have been all the rage in South Louisiana for many years. My mother was in the French Quarter in New Orleans with her sister buying some the day her water broke signaling my soon arrival into this world.

Excellent picture! He looks quite ugly and unappetizing here...;-)
