[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Photo was taken in forests on South Moravia (part of czech republic). It was big luck to take this moment! I was camouflaged, it was great wind, so mouflons didnīt smell me. But they certainly knew, that "somebody" hidden in grass watch them. And all of a suden one pheasant was runin near mouflons legs....So it was really hard and big lucky to take one "untouchable" shot ;)

that is a really great and cool mammal-bird-mix, excellent (and i as read) lucky composition with the 3 mouflons looking at you
and the colorful pheasant running in between them. terrific low pov and nice sunlight and colors. well done & best wishes, thor.

Hi David and a little late but warm welcome to TrekNature :)

This is indeed a very interesting and unique moment, captued very nicely by you.
The fact that you were hidden in the grass is evident from your point of view, which it's actually great at it is so low, since it makes the pheasant ey evident. Very good perspective from down there, too.
The subjects in your photo are very clear and sharp, so i want to congratulate you for your spot-on focus and the excelent depth-of-field settings that you used.
The image is also very well exposed, fact that brought out the splendid and vivid colors, too.
A terrific capture in all aspects!

Bravo and Thanks for sharing!
Horia

PS: i also like your first post - with the two king fishers :)
