an superb photo of this bird of prey (a falcon),
with fine POV, for this POV in French we say : en contre-plongé,
the focus it is superb with great sharpness and details,
wonderful luminosity, excellent contrast,
the catch-light render the photo more beautiful,

i see that you photo it is shot with the Olympus E620
it is a DSLR that i am very interested, the only thing that
it is missing to the Olympus E620 it is not water/wheater proofed,
if the Olympus E620 was water/wheater proofed i would buy it,
and the Olympus E3 is too much expensive, so as i say Jiri
i am very intersted by the Olympus E620 but i will
wait the next entry level DSLR from Pentax that i think
it will be water/wheater proofed, TFS

very great capture of this bird of prey, i think it's a common Kestrel ( falcon tinnunculus) you have taken it with wonderful sharp details, i like the colors, the lighting, the POV and his pose with beautiful wings position, the blue sky is superb too
