Simple a stunning image of this common but much under rated bird, the composition is very strong with the neck stretched out like this, even a clear veiw of the eye with natural highlight.
as has been said by others, the only thing lacking is a few notes about both the subject and how and where it was shot. TN is about learning from other how to improve our own photography and also learn some thing about the subject its self if possible. have a look around and see what some of the others here think of as a good note.
But anyway a crack good 1st post look forward to seeing many more.

Hi Bjarne. What a fantastic shot of a Starling in spring. Was it sitting on an Ash tree? Your capture shows up the beautiful colours in the spring coat of a Starling and the sharpness is excellent. Great detail and light plus wonderful composition. Perfect I'd say. Welcome to TN :)
