Slow waves to the shore, right shutter speed and water looks like gel.

Lake Puruvesi, Kerimaki, Finland. Late summer 2005 Saturday afternoon. Nothing to do, so I took my camera and went to the beach to look if I can find something. This was the result.

Excellent job on the shutter speed. The color and sharpness are excellent, but a pitty that you focused on the back part of the photo.

Hi Timo,

Looks like a liquified image. Very interesting. I love the tree and the upper left. The burned out part I am not sure about. It's fun to see something so different. I agree with Niek in part. I'm not sure where of if you should have focused on any particular point. Without that one part in focus one would be at a loss to know what the subject was.
