Hi Shir,
It's not Clavulinopsis, I am pretty sure it's Calocera viscosa (keltasarvikka). Grows typically on decaying wood (underground). This unedible species is usually mixed with Ramaria flava (keltahaarakas) that grows much bigger and is edible when young.
Nice photo, though :-) Beautiful colors.

Yes, "sibiricus" is right, it's really Calocera viscosa. I found it a few occasions here in Hungary, too. Living on dead pines only. The photo's simply excellent - great colours, sharpness, POV... TFS, regards, László
