Hi Georgios,
I have to tell you that the mushroom you presented here is definitely not Cantharellus cibarius, which are looking pretty much diferent. If you can tell more about it, like a little bit of description, the ecosystem where you found it, etc., me or somebody else may have a clue what you really found over there.
