[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Butterfly-season's Greetings to all butterfly enthusiasts at the Treknature. The first Painted Lady (Vanessa cardui) of the the latter season appeared on my favorite butterfly photographing site 2 days ago among Peacocks, Red Admirals and Small Tortoiseshells. I took the photo from a lower angle in order to get the OOF flower petals and also a hint of the blue sky to the picture. I did it to add some depth to usually so flat macro photos. I hope you like the result as much as I do.
