Painted Lady (Vanessa cardui) ruling the hill, i.e. a flower of Echinacea purpurea, an excellent species to entice butterflies into one's garden. In Finland Echinacea flowers in late Summer just at the right time, when the 2nd generation of big butterflies start to appear.
